Delivery

  1. Delivery service for purchase on Prime Online is only valid in mainland Singapore.
  2. While Prime Online hope to strive towards customer's satisfactions and deliver products of acceptable quality within the time windows selected by the Customer we shall not be liable for any delays or exceeded timings and/or delays that has been due to causes beyond the control of Prime Online.
  3. All delivery slots shown are subject to availability
  4. No delivery services shall be available on Sundays & Public Holidays.
  5. No changes to orders, once the delivery has commenced, including but not limited to cancellation of orders, changes in orders, changes in delivery address.
  6. For bulk ordering, a minimum of 5 days is required for preparation and fulfillment. Prime Online shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfill a bulk order for whatever reason.
  7. Where order has been submitted and there are changes to delivery address from that of the registration form in the data base, the Customer is to notify Prime Online immediately of such change to his delivery address and contact number. Notice should be made 24hours in advance where possible and is subject to paying an additional delivery charges should a re-arrangement for delivery is required.
  8. In compliance with the State's regulations, anyone age younger than 18 years old (on date of delivery) is a minor. Any deliveries that includes alcoholic drinks and/or any other items which may not be delivered to a minor, a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification must be present to take delivery of the alcoholic drinks and/or other items. In the case of such a delivery when no person of 18 years of age or older is present, delivery shall be attempted at another available timings
  9. Should order payment be made by cash on delivery, the Customer shall ensure that a person is authorized to receive and pay for the order is present at time of delivery at the Customer's address. Such person shall be at least 18 years old (on date of delivery) if an item purchased is bounded to age limit e.g. Alcohol.
  10. Prime Online reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if the delivery person was not able to collect payment upon delivery
    or if there are any doubts whatsoever as to the person receiving the Products under the order.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Any such delivery shall be reported within 2 working days from the day of delivery. Discrepancy under the following circumstances will have guidelines as follows:
    • If a damaged/unfit for consumption product, for whatever reason, Prime online can refund the value of the product or replace the product and collect the said product.
    • If a wrong/extra product was delivered, Prime Online shall replace and/or collect the said product.
    • If a product has been paid for and was not delivered, Prime Online can replace the item or otherwise refund the value of the item to the Customer.
